How Does the Credit System Work?

Each generated design consumes 1 credit. Stencil creation uses 1 credit, while Image Enhancer consumes 1 credit (for 2K) or 2 credits (for 4K) depending on resolution. Credits are loaded based on your subscription plan. They do not auto-renew. The free plan offers only 5 one-time trial credits.

Will New Stencil Styles Be Added?

We are actively collaborating with world-renowned tattoo artists. Within the framework of our agreements, these artists' unique stencil styles will be added to our system and made available to our users. This aims to provide access to the most innovative and diverse design options in the industry. You can regularly check our announcements and updates to follow developments regarding new styles.

What is the Library and How Does It Work?

All images you upload and create during tattoo design, stencil, or enhancer processes are securely stored on our servers. You can delete these images yourself at any time; when you perform a deletion, they are permanently removed from our servers as well. When creating images, our AI system generates relevant keywords for your images. This way, you can easily search and find your generated images when needed in the future. Your images remain accessible for life unless you delete them. This feature is only available to our paid users.

How Does the Monthly Subscription System Work?

All our paid plans do not have auto-renewal feature. Based on user requests, we may enable this feature in the future. Each month, your credits are reset according to your subscribed plan. Unused credits do not carry over to the next month. When your credits run out or your subscription period ends, you can purchase the same subscription again.

What Happens If I Cancel My Subscription?

Since your subscriptions do not auto-renew, no cancellation is required. At the end of 1 month, your subscription converts to the free plan. You can request a refund if you wish. (please read the refund terms) Not re-subscribing is entirely your choice. You can subscribe again at any time.

What Happens If My Subscription Converts to Free Plan?

When your subscription converts to the free plan, your access to design, stencil, and enhancer libraries ends. If you don't re-subscribe within 90 days, your data will be deleted from our servers. If you re-subscribe within 90 days, you can access your libraries, search, and perform downloads.

Can I Change My Plan Anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan at any time.

What Happens If My Credits Run Out?

When you exhaust your monthly credits, your subscription continues until the same day of the next month, and you can continue to benefit from subscription features (library access and downloads). If you wish, you can purchase a subscription plan again to continue using.

What Are Private Styles?

Private styles are personalized AI models trained exclusively with your unique tattoo style. InkPro can train a custom model with your artwork, allowing you to create stencils that match your artist signature. This exclusive service is only offered to qualified professional artists with a Premium plan. You can contact us to learn if you meet the requirements.
